The PhD Project

The PhD Project is an independent organization created to increase the diversity of business school faculty by attracting African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans to business doctoral programs. The Project provides assistance for those who are interested in doctoral education and sponsors an annual conference to provide an opportunity for prospective students to meet representatives from graduate business programs.
